VexoGet™ Ear Drops

VexoGet™ Ear Drops is a broad-spectrum antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and analgesic ear preparation indicated for the treatment of infected and inflamed ear conditions. It is formulated to provide rapid relief from ear pain, itching, discharge and swelling associated with otitis externa and mixed bacterial-fungal ear infections.

Gentamicin Sulphate offers powerful antibacterial activity against a wide range of Gram-negative and Gram-positive organisms. Clotrimazole effectively treats fungal infections of the ear canal. Beclomethasone Dipropionate reduces inflammation, redness and swelling, while Lignocaine Hydrochloride provides quick local anaesthetic action to relieve pain and irritation.

This combination ensures comprehensive management of painful, inflamed and infected ear conditions.

Composition (per ml):

• Gentamicin Sulphate IP
  (Eq. to Gentamicin) – 0.3% w/v

• Beclomethasone Dipropionate IP – 0.025% w/v

• Clotrimazole IP – 1% w/v

• Lignocaine Hydrochloride IP – 2% w/v

• In oily base – q.s.

Mechanism of Action:

• Gentamicin: Kills infection-causing bacteria

• Clotrimazole: Eliminates fungal pathogens

• Beclomethasone: Controls inflammation and allergic response

• Lignocaine: Provides fast pain relief by local anaesthetic action

Indications / Uses:

• Otitis externa

• Bacterial & fungal ear infections

• Ear pain, itching and swelling

Dosage:

Instil 2–3 drops into the affected ear 2–3 times daily or as directed by the physician.

Directions for Use:

Tighten the cap on the nozzle to pierce the vial seal. Dispense drops gently. Recap tightly after use.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry and dark place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
