Wyricef-LB 200 Dispersible Tablets is a combination antibiotic + probiotic formulation designed to provide effective treatment of bacterial infections while maintaining healthy intestinal flora. It combines Cefixime, a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, with Lactic Acid Bacillus, a probiotic that helps prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhea.

Composition:

Each dispersible tablet contains:

• Cefixime Trihydrate I.P.
  Equivalent to Cefixime 200 mg

• Lactic Acid Bacillus – 60 million spores

• Excipients q.s.

Pharmacological Action:

• Cefixime inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to the destruction of susceptible bacteria.

• Lactic Acid Bacillus restores normal gut flora, reducing gastrointestinal side effects such as diarrhea during antibiotic therapy.
