Wyropan-DSR Capsules

Wyropan-DSR Capsules is a dual-action anti-ulcer and prokinetic formulation designed for effective management of acid-related disorders associated with nausea, vomiting, bloating, and reflux. It combines a proton pump inhibitor (Pantoprazole) with a prokinetic agent (Domperidone PR) to provide sustained acid suppression along with improved gastric motility.

This combination ensures rapid symptom relief, prevents acid reflux, and enhances gastric emptying, making it ideal for chronic GERD and dyspeptic conditions.

Composition (Per Hard Gelatin Capsule):

• Pantoprazole Sodium I.P.
  Equivalent to Pantoprazole 40 mg
  (as enteric-coated pellets)

• Domperidone I.P.
  30 mg
  (as sustained / prolonged-release pellets)

• Capsule shell colours: Approved colours

Mechanism of Action:

• Pantoprazole irreversibly inhibits the gastric proton pump (H⁺/K⁺-ATPase), reducing gastric acid secretion.
