GETIQUI® DS Oral Suspension

GETIQUI® DS Oral Suspension is a pediatric multi-symptom formulation specially designed to provide effective relief from common cold, flu, fever, and allergic symptoms in children. The syrup combines antipyretic, decongestant, antihistaminic, expectorant, and soothing agents to ensure comprehensive symptomatic relief with good tolerability.

Paracetamol helps reduce fever and relieves mild to moderate pain such as headache, body ache, and throat discomfort associated with viral infections.
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride acts as a nasal decongestant by reducing swelling in nasal passages, making breathing easier during cold and flu.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine that effectively controls sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and allergic manifestations.
Ammonium Chloride works as an expectorant, helping to loosen mucus and clear chest congestion.
Sodium Citrate acts as a mild alkalizer and soothing agent, reducing throat irritation and cough discomfort.
Menthol provides a cooling and soothing effect, giving quick relief from nasal irritation and throat discomfort.

Composition (Each 5 ml contains):

• Paracetamol IP — 250 mg

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride IP — 5 mg

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate IP — 2 mg

• Sodium Citrate IP — 60 mg

• Ammonium Chloride IP — 120 mg

• Menthol IP — 1 mg

• Flavoured suspension base — q.s.
